B2B platforms from the automotive and construction industries create an automated ordering process
Improved ordering experience, more automation and transparency
TecAlliance operates the leading B2B platform for the independent automotive aftermarket under the TecCom brand, which automates business processes between parts manufacturers and wholesalers. More than 280 suppliers and 30,000 dealers use the platform internationally. Thanks to the collaboration between nexmart and TecCom, dealers can now place stock orders with their tool suppliers directly from their familiar TecCom environment.
Previously, it was not possible to send express orders or receive feedback on the order status. The expansion of the interface to nexmart changes this: retailers can now choose between stock and express orders and automatically receive feedback, delivery notes and invoice data for the order. This optimises the procurement process and ensures greater transparency.
Case overview

Challenge
Even if a company’s business is focussed on one sector, extended acquisitions from other sectors are necessary. However, this usually means using different platforms and interfaces, and therefore additional work and loss of time.
Needs
TecCom enables customers to process both stock orders and express orders for their tools online and to automatically receive all the necessary information about their orders online.
Goals
By expanding the interface, customers now have access to even more functions and manual processes have been successfully minimised. Ultimately, an even higher level of automation was achieved thanks to the connection. The nexmart effect
