Seamless customer journey with HOB!
Parador is a company based in the Westphalian town of Coesfeld. It manufactures high-quality flooring, wall and ceiling products and sells them via retailers in around 80 countries. End customers can view all the details of its 2,000 and more products on the company website, but they previously had to switch to a different website or go to a physical store to purchase the product they want. Parador could not tell whether they actually did this, as the customer journey was interrupted here and they could not track it. To close this gap, Parador looked at a range of options before finally deciding on nexmart’s retail Connect solution. Since 2018, end customers just need a few clicks to find a retailer from which they can purchase the products they want directly.
