New login procedure – new user account
To help you move around the world of nexmart more easily and conveniently, we have introduced a new login procedure. Specifically, this means that you can now log in to all nexmart solutions with the same login details. Furthermore, once you have logged in to one nexmart solution, you can automatically access all of the others too.
If you ever forget your login details, you can quickly and easily reset your password.
Create a new nexmart user account
To use the new SSO login procedure, you need a new nexmart user account. To help you create your new user accounts as quickly and easily as possible, we have prepared a migration wizard for you. This will guide you comfortably into the new nexmart world.
How to proceed:
- To start the migration wizard, access the nexmart portal at /en-us/portal-startseite/ as usual.
- Log in as usual with your previous access data, consisting of customer number, username and password.
- You will then be presented with the option to create your new user account.
- If you choose this option, the migration wizard will start and guide you step by step into the new nexmart world.
It is best to do it right away.
Start the migration wizard nowAre you currently using multiple accounts with different nexmart customer numbers or usernames? If so, please use the migration wizard to create a new account for each old user account that you also want to use in the new world.
