HECO digitalises its field sales
HECO sells 1.5 billion screws a year in 40 countries via its retailers. Previously, sales representatives would take printed brochures or specially created Excel files with them to site appointments. There were no standards and the information was not always up-to-date. The family business from the Black Forest decided it was time for a change and introduced nexmart’s sales App. Sales representatives now have constant access to the latest product information, documents and other material. The result: The quality of consultations has increased, ultimately improving customer loyalty.
