About mobile Scanner

mobile Scanner enables retailers to enter orders and to send these electronically to various manufacturers – without having to upgrade their IT infrastructure. A retailer can simply use mobile Scanner to scan barcodes on the products themselves, on the packaging or in printed or digital catalogs, choose the desired quantity and send orders directly to the manufacturer. If a retailer uses an ERP system, the orders created with mobile Scanner or the stock recorded during stock-taking with mobile Scanner can also be quickly and easily transferred to that system. All of which significantly reduces the workload for retailers – allowing them more time to devote to customer service and sales.

Can orders get lost while being sent to nexmart?

No, that is not possible. The barcode scanner checks that the order has been successfully transmitted. All orders are also saved on the device and can therefore be restored.

What happens after an order has been sent to nexmart?

The order is sent to the relevant supplier. You will also receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address stored in the system. The order itself is deleted from the scanner.

How long does it take for the supplier to receive the order?

It usually takes between 5 and 15 minutes for an order to be processed.

With which manufacturers can I place orders using the mobile Scanner?

You can place orders with all manufacturers that already work with nexmart. In the case of manufacturers that do not yet use nexmart, you can place orders using EDI to Mail. For a more detailed overview and further information, please contact our customer service team.
